I’ve been through burnout and depression, extensive travel, demanding jobs, and a rollercoaster of financial situations. Through all of this and more, I got to know meditation as a living process- something that flows with life and adjusts to my circumstances, always bringing me back to that grounded sense of calm, clarity, and inner peace.

    I have discovered that there are three keys to remaining undisturbed while you meditate. Cultivating these keys will not only benefit the quality of meditation greatly, they also have a positive influence on your life in general.
  5. Stilling your emotions
    Ah, those pesky emotions! They can easily dominate our internal landscape and create quite a disturbance in our lives. This module features a very precious, rarely taught, and in my experience extremely potent technique to release unwanted emotions.
  6. Clarity and intuition
    In this module we will explore more subtle levels of the mind as we consider ‘the witness within’ opening ourselves to more clarity and intuition.
  7. Calming the mind
    From the previous modules, we now have a better understanding of the meditation process and the various levels in which we experience our mind. In module 7 we are targeting the effortless release of mental impressions specifically to calm the mind whenever needed.
  8. The secret of joy
    Everything you have been learning up to this point has been a preparation for you to get the most out of this module’s guided meditation.
